Saturday the weather was spectacular and I was enjoying a fun game of golf with friends. Having finished holes 12, 13 and 14 with more strokes than I liked, I approached the next tee box and announced to my foursome, “New hole”. My friend Ramona immediately responded, “New hole, new hope”. That resonated with me as I have long believed golf is a metaphor for life. I smiled and thanked her for saying that.
